1. Strictly no cancellation or refund after placing order.If you insist to cancel the order, please find new buyer or replacement so you can get your money back. If you failed to do so, we would not refund any money.
2. Most items from our store are pre-order items, hence please make sure that you can wait patiently before proceed with your order. (masterlist and tracking number will be given via email only)
3. No 2nd payment unless overweight (when official misstate the weight).
4. Please make sure you pay on time (only if 2nd payment needed) or else we will up for sell your orders after 1 month period from the date you supposed to pay.
5. Please take note that if you pay late, the pre-order benefits could go out of stock, hence please place order ASAP once you had make up your mind.
6. Any damaged or missing items from official platform/website is out of our control, however we will try negotiate with them. Please take note that official platform always mentioned the outer case is just for protecting goods, hence scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging/ returning/ refunding.
7. We cannot be responsible if there is any parcel missing after we post it out but we will help you contact the courier. Please let us know if you are not able to track your tracking number or if your parcel not arrive after 1 week.
8. Please only use instant transfer during payments. GIRO not accepted.
9. Please remember to write your social media username in recipient reference when you make your payment. E.g. Instagram: @uniflocollection.

1. What is OOS?
If the item stated as "OOS" = out of stock. We will announce each time we restock the item.
2. How to check if the item still available or not?
Each time you want to purchase an item, you need to contact us on our social media platforms for the availability.

4. When is postage day and how to know our tracking number?
We do not have specific day for pre-order items. But we do have specific day to do postage for ready stock items which will be on SATURDAY. We will usually update on masterlist for arrival of each item only for pre-order. For tracking number, we will provide it via our website/ email. Therefore, please check your email regularly.*
5. Can I change my details for postage?
Yes you can. However, if the item is pre-order, you need to notify us 3 days before item on its way to our Malaysia's warehouse. Please always refer to our masterlist to check status of the item you purchased. If the item is ready stock, you need to tell us by Friday.
Yes you can. However please let us know which item you want to combine it together or we prefer you to include your order code (refer to receipt from our website once you made your order). If the item not exceed 2KG (for semenanjung & Sabah // Sarawak), the postage fee remain same. But if it exceed, postage fee will be different rate.

7. How to request personal order?
Send us the details of the item and platform you want us to purchase, we will get back to you if the item is still available. If it is for fancall, kindly let us know 1 day before the closing date because admins also busy with their works and studies.
8. How can I know if the item is ready stock or pre-order?
We will stated whether it is ready stock (on hand) or pre-order.
9. Will there be additional charge for toploader?
No. The price stated already including toploader fee. We will always pack our photocards along with toploader and cardboard.
10. Can I order from instagram or other platforms?
No. You need to order from our website for every item. You just have to deal with us via our social media platforms to check for availability but checkout will be on our website only. If you have trouble to order from website, please let us help you by letting us know.
